As principal contractor, our talented site team worked harmoniously with all parties to deliver the envisaged 6,100 sq. ft. glass-fronted clubhouse at Dumbarnie Links. Much effort was undertaken to transform the landscape and create the stunning clubhouse facility, whilst remaining sympathetic to the natural environment and aesthetics of the surrounding community.
Our on-site team co-ordinated with the Client and other stakeholders and sub-contractors to manage the construction of the new structure, which is composed of a steel frame with timber kit construction. We also managed the M&E services installation and internal fit-out of the new clubhouse and were contracted to complete external works and landscaping activities.
All work was completed to an exceptionally high standard as required from our Client, whose vision to create a luxury clubhouse has been brought to life. The clubhouse contains a new pro shop, internal F&B area, male and female locker rooms, showering and changing facilities as well as outdoor seating where golfers and guests can take in the panoramic views of the Firth of Forth.
From our initial meeting with TJ’s it was very obvious they were most professional and had vast experience in all elements of construction. We required a 5*finish and they delivered that, and within budget and agreed timeframe.
The communication during build was exceptional and so we knew exactly what was happening and when, with no significant anomalies. Were we to extend our clubhouse or build a new facility, we’d have no hesitation in getting TJ’s to quote again.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TJL. In particular, their management team are exceptional – delivering our challenging project in a pro-active, collaborative and friendly manner; their workforce and carefully selected sub-contractors work to an outstanding level of quality.
