Supporting young people to kick start their careers is something we’re passionate about at Thomas Johnstone.

We were delighted to welcome along some local schools to showcase the different routes available into the construction industry and showcase our enthusiasm for nurturing and supporting new talent to develop their skills.

Apprenticeships are a practical way to learn the job while also getting paid. Being in an environment of professionals in the industry allows you to build your network and receive encouragement and advice on your career growth.

It’s great to see a keenness for the industry from dynamic individuals who no doubt will excel in their future.
