TJL is raising the roof at our project on Charlotte Square… Literally!

Five stunning townhouses will be completed in early Summer 2024, forming the latest additions to The Charlotte Square Collection.

Our talented on-site team is currently working to restore existing parts of the roof while reconstructing sections to make new mansard roofs and increase the internal headspace of upper offices.

Stone masons are extending the walls on the townhouse’s top floor to hold the new roof sections while existing roof areas are repaired.

These works are being carried out under a temporary HAKI roof system, meaning that work can continue throughout the winter months, whatever the weather.

Three of the five townhouses are pre-let, with two remaining for occupation in mid-2024.  All enquiries to Angela Lowe and Nick White.
