6. Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian
We refurbished part of the Old Caledonian Hilton into the rebranded Waldorf Astoria, including the formation and fit-out of the first UK Guerlain Spa

12. Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel
We have refurbished the hotel across many projects over the years, including undertaking a complex extension and forming and fitting out 12No bedrooms and a new 2 bedroom luxury penthouse, refurbishing bedrooms and public areas and creating the new Bo & Birdy restaurant

15. InterContinental Edinburgh The George
We have undertaken significant structural works, layout alterations, bedroom and public area fit-outs over several phases

17. Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel
We undertook a full alteration and refurbishment of shell, core and guest bedrooms including building fabric repairs and the creation of award-winning restaurant The Garden within the former outdoor courtyard space

29. The Edinburgh Grand
We undertook extensive structural works and formed and fitted out the luxury apartments and public areas in the 5-star aparthotel including a wide range of manufactured components

In addition, Gleneagles was awarded 5th place in the Top 30 Resorts in Europe!
We have refurbished the Dormy House in whole and in part on several occasions, built a new crèche extension adjoined to the main building, fitted out corridors, staircases, bedrooms, most of the suites, restaurants and bars, with some works back of house too.

All of these hotels were completed to an exceptionally high standard by our team, and we are delighted that Condé Nast’s readers have enjoyed staying at the beautiful properties.
